REGISTERING
Logging in
Every reseller needs to create an account to make purchases, view net prices or generate quotes. To create an account, click on Reseller Login on the top of the page. Click on Create Account button. Please fill out all the required fields on the form. In addition, you will need to provide your Reseller Exemption Certificate. Please attach it to the e-mail provided in the form or fax it to (678)-456-6046. Once we receive your form and a copy of Reseller Exemption Certificate, your account will be approved and reseller discount applied. When you log in thereafter, you will see both list and net prices on the website. You can also check status of your orders, generate and update quotes, and view your shipping information.
ORDERING
To order, simply select your product category on the top of any page: tables, table legs or tops. Select a subcategory, then a desired product. The products are sorted alphabetically. Once on the product page, enter the quantity and choose the size of an item and any of the available options. Certain options that are not compatible with each other will be blocked. On rare occasions, after you place your order, we may contact you if our system detects certain selections that are not compatible.
To help you decide which options to select, we have added Help Me Choose links on the option bar. Once you click on the link, more information will be available to you. If you still have questions, please contact our Customer Service team Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm EST at 888-705-0777.
Price
Unless you have created an account that has been approved and you are logged in, only list price will be displayed in the Price Box in the top middle section of the page. On the left, you will see price per item, and on the right - total price for entered quantity. When you select a different size of an item and/or add any options, both prices will change accordingly.
When logged in, you can see both list and net price. Net price reflects your reseller and quantity discount.
Adding Items to your cart
To purchase selected item(s), click the Add to Cart button. You will be directed to your Shopping Cart page where you can change your product quantity, keep shopping, generate a quote or check out. Here, you will also see your shipping cost.
You can view the items in your Cart any time by clicking on the Cart icon in the top right corner of any page.
Continuing to checkout
Before checking out, take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. Make sure that all quantities are correct. When you are ready to place your order, simply click the "Checkout" button located on the bottom of your Cart. This will take you to the order form where you can finalize your order.
Quotes
If you are not ready to make a purchase but would like to save your selections, click on Generate a Quote button. Your quote will be saved and will be current for 30 days. You can convert your quote to order during the 30 day period. If you need to print your quote, go to My Account on the top of the page and select My Quotes tab on your screen. Select the quote and click on the Print button on the quote page.
CREDIT CARD SAFETY
How we protect you
Shopping at SpecialT.net is safe and guaranteed. Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are securely transmitted over the Internet.
Payment Options
We safely accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express via our secured server. When customers with open account use a Credit Card to pay balances when they are due, a 3% service charge will be added to the amount. When you provide a faxed or mailed check, you authorize a one-time electronic finds transfer from your account or to process this transaction as a check.

Shipping
Table Legs
Table legs ship via UPS or regular LTL (less than truck load). UPS Ground and standard LTL shipping chargers will be calculated and shown at check out. If you need to expedite your order or ship to Canada or outside of continental US, contact our Customer Service team Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm EST at 888-705-0777.
Tables and Table Tops
Tables and table tops ship free unless the cost of tables and/or table tops on the order is less than $5,000 list. In such case, an additional $75 net shipping and handling charge will apply. This policy applies to continental US shipments. Shipments outside the continental United States (e.g. Alaska, Hawaii), that qualify for free freight are prepaid to port and collect from that point.
P.O. Boxes
We cannot ship any items to a P.O. Box since we ship via UPS. Please provide a street address.
Accuracy of Address
Please make sure your address information is accurate and complete. If the address is incomplete it may delay receipt of your order and you will be charged a fee to correct the address (even if only the suite number is missing).
FREIGHT DAMAGE AND CLAIMS
For UPS Shipments:
Any damage or loss incurred in transit is the responsibility of the currier. Please follow these procedures:
- Please inspect all packages immediately with the Carrier present. Make note of any shortages or damage. Claim with your Carrier.
- Retain the merchandise and all packing materials for inspection by the Carrier.
- Notify Special•T Customer Service team within 5 days of receipt of shipment.
For Common Carrier (LTL):
- Follow procedure 1,2,3 above.
- For Common Carrier claims, the carrier requires the recipient of the merchandise to file claims and receive reimbursement. Special•T cannot file claims and, therefore, cannot issue a credit to your account. Call and file a claim with the Carrier in order to receive reimbursement.
RETURNS
Table bases return policy:
The return of any merchandise to the Special•T warehouse must be authorized prior to shipment. Please contact Customer Service at 888-705-0777 to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Our Customer Service hours are Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm EST. Upon approval of the return, send the prepaid shipment to 5950 Shiloh Road East, Suite A, Alpharetta, GA 30005. If received in new condition, a 25% restocking fee will apply. We reserve the right to refuse any returned product.
Table tops return policy:
Since all table tops are custom made, they are not returnable and are non-refundable.
WARRANTY
Table Bases
Table bases are warranted to the original purchaser for a period of 10 years from the date of delivery, under normal use, against manufacturing defects. We will repair or replace, at our option, any product that we determine to be defective as a result of faulty workmanship. In no event shall our liability under this warranty exceed the original purchase price of the product determined to be defective. This warranty does not apply where product has been abused, mishandled or subjected to use other than that for which it was designed. For purposes of this warranty, normal wear to the product finish shall not be considered a defect. There are no other warranties expressed or implied.
Table Tops
Table Tops are warranted for a period of 10 years from date of original invoice against poor workmanship and manufacturing defects. We retain the right to replace or repair at our option any products or parts thereof which are found defective in materials or workmanship. Warranty becomes invalid for products engineered by client whereas construction method, material specifications of final product assembly adversely affects materials and or workmanship. In no event shall liability under this warranty exceed the original purchase price. Warranty becomes invalid if the product or part exhibits abuse, improper or unusual use. This warranty is invalid if product is subject to caustic or abrasive cleaning agents or sharp objects that cause damage. This Warranty is invalid if the product is altered from its original condition or client performs additional processing on the product that results in any alteration from its original condition. This warranty does not cover self edge tops and/or tables where table legs/bases are more than 60" apart and do not include steel top support. This Warranty is expressly made in lieu of any and all other warranties expressed or implied.
