The return of any merchandise to the Special•T warehouse must be authorized prior to shipment. Please contact Customer Service at 888-705-0777 to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Our Customer Service hours are Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm EST. Upon approval of the return, send the prepaid shipment to 11820 Wills Road, Suite 140, Alpharetta, GA 30009. If received in new condition, a 25% restocking fee will apply. We reserve the right to refuse any returned product.

Since all table tops are custom made, they are not returnable and are non-refundable.
